is a full set of brand new materials for sales teams and other departments' representatives. It aims at spreading the real brand DNA of Koleksiyon Furniture towards all customer touchpoints.

It was observed that there is a great need to improve consideration, purchase and service steps in the customer journey.

Ideation

During the conceptualization; two diversified themes were carried out.

Ideation and Prototyping

Themes were built upon different design directions. Selected directions were studied further first with sketches and then tested via hi-fi prototypes.
