It was observed that there is a great need to improve consideration, purchase and service steps in the customer journey.

A material map has been worked out as a result of in-depth interviews conducted with sales representatives in İstanbul and Ankara.

The study ended up in 4 material groups:

B. Use, Give Away & Remind
C. Introduce
D. Present & Win

The journey of sales representative has been studied to understand the position of materials as well as opportunities.

Ideation

During the conceptualization; two diversified themes were carried out.

Ideation and Prototyping

Themes were built upon different design directions. Selected directions were studied further first with sketches and then tested via hi-fi prototypes.
