Challenge
How might we improve the processes vets have in mid-range
neighbourhoods?
Approach
Design sprint including benchmark study, remote interviews, in-depth
interviews, service blueprint, wireframe design and UI design.
Understanding
Following benchmark studies and remote interviews, in-depth interviews enhanced the clarification of real needs and attitudes of target users.
Understanding
Research phase pointed out a vast diversity of observations and gave initial insights. ‘How might we’ questions turned those into basis of conceptual study.
Understanding
The context of user flow happened to have 4 different routes considering daily routine of vets.
Ideation
Various concepts have been studied with respect to their strongest touchpoints on the main user’s flow.
Ideation
Each concept had service blue print considering key actors covered by the in-clinic experience.
Ideation
All the essential screens were listed down to align with the selected design concept and start designing initial LoFi wireframes.
Prototyping and Evaluation
By the help of HiFi wireframe designs, I had an early chance to evaluate initial concept and revise where necessary.
Final Outcome
In the last phase, final look and feel have been studied with respect to envisioned experience.
